Purchase Agreement

Terms of Sale | Agreed to with every purchase

By completing a purchase from Saved Label, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following

terms. No physical signature is required; your order serves as your agreement.

1. Turnaround Time (TAT)

Turnaround time is 30-45 days on most items, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. TAT begins when your order is placed on non-preorder items; and full payment is confirmed (including any shipping charges) - OR - when a pre-order 'closes'.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

3. Refund Requests

Any refund request, chargeback, or payment dispute will result in the immediate cancellation of your online account.

Cancelled accounts may not place future orders.

4. Delivered Orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered and you report that you did not receive it, this is not our issue. Claims of non-receipt for delivered orders must be taken up with your local law enforcement or the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping

Shipping is FREE up to $15. Any shipping costs exceeding $15 will be invoiced to you before your order ships. Orders will not ship until excess shipping invoices are paid.

6. Colors & Prints

Colors and prints may vary from product photos due to the hand-sewn uniqueness of each item. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Agreement acknowledgement: placing an order with Saved Label constitutes your signature and full agreement to these terms.
