If an item arrives damaged - please file a claim through the carrier.
PLEASE NOTE: 99% of our items are USED, they may have stains, small holes, or defects. They have been pre-loved. This is a THRIFT SHOP. <3
We do not accept "packages not received" claims once the package is moving through carrier system, it is out of our hands.
